I had the BEST experience with Gili and his team at Diamond Exchange Houston! I inquired about a ring I saw on their website and they got me an appointment in a timely manner. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that they had a nice and private office space! So much more inviting and lovely than the big box stores. Gili was so friendly and knowledgeable, he took his time to explain all things diamond to us. He showed us different shapes, colors and sizes to make sure we really knew what we wanted. Once we decided what we wanted he explained what the process would be like and we were so happy to hear that it would only take 1-2 weeks for my ring to be ready! In addition to them creating my gorgeous engagement ring, Gili was able to fix my wedding band for me as well. Overall we had an incredible experience! My wife was having an allergic reaction to nickel in her original white gold wedding set.  After hunting around different places for platinum - stock and custom, we found Gil and Diamond Exchange Houston.  He listened to her preferences and found a ring to model a platinum set out of, while incorporating some additional design requests.  His prices were reasonable, but by far the best overall customer service compared to all the other jewelers we visited.  The set is so much nicer than the original and he used her original diamond.
