How Our Houston Custom Jewelry Design Process Works

The custom design process all starts with you having an idea of what you want your custom jewelry to look like. It can be a photograph of something you saw online or something you sketched out on a piece of paper. From your idea, we will create a 3D computer-animated drawing (CAD) that you will be able to approve or modify. Once you give the approval on the ring design (or other jewelry) it will then be grown into a wax mold. The wax mold is then created in your metal of choice (gold or platinum). After the ring has been created then our jeweler will set the loose diamonds.

While visiting Diamond Exchange Houston you will have the opportunity to shop our wholesale diamonds to find the perfect stone. The entire custom jewelry design process takes approximately 2 weeks from start to finish.
