The staff were very personable, and I loved that the owner was personally involved and clearly cared about the quality of the work. He actually had me measure my fingers carefully and suggested a custom 'in-between' size for the perfect fit. The turnaround was incredibly fast ( a day or two) and the cost was very reasonable. To top it off, they polished my wedding ring, and it looks brand new again.
