How Our Custom Design Process Works:

1. Initial Consultation: Share your dream with us. Let us know what type of custom jewelry or custom engagement ring that you would like. A lot of customers might bring in pictures of a ring that they might have seen online or on social media. We can literally make any type of jewelry design that you can imagine.
2. Choosing The Main Stone:  You choose the main diamond that you would like to use.  We offer both natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds. You will have the opportunity to visit our showroom and compare loose diamonds side-by-side.
3. CAD Drawing:  We will make a 3-D computer animated drawing of the jewelry that we discussed on our initial consultation. It takes a few days to draw up the jewelry design that we discussed on the initial consultation. Once we have the renderings available we will text or email them to you.
4. Creating Your Piece: Our master jewelers meticulously create your jewelry design, set all the diamonds or gemstones, and ensure every detail is flawless.
5. Timeframe:  It normally take approximately 4 weeks from start to finish to create custom jewelry.
