Custom Engagement Rings

Our custom design team can create your dream ring in an estimated 4 week turn around time. Here is the typical process for creating our custom engagement rings in Houston:

• Step 1- Select Your Loose Diamond:  The most important part is choosing the main diamond to use in your new ring.
  You get the opportunity to view diamonds side-by-side to determine which diamond you would like to use for your custom engagement ring.  We offer diamonds of all shapes and sizes, lab-grown and natural.
• Step 2- Ring CAD Design:  We will create a digital 3-D mockup of the ring design we discuss.  You will have the opportunity to review the design and make changes until you are 100% satisfied with the appearance of your new ring.
• Step 3- Cast The Ring and Set The Stones:  Once the ring design has been approved we create it in the metal of your choice (10k, 14, 18k, or platinum) then set the diamonds.  The entire process will typically take 4 weeks.

Gili and Mariah do an excellent job of making you feel comfortable. Gili is great at what he does and I left knowing I had made the right decision by going to them for my engagement ring. My now fiancée absolutely loves her ring. All of our friends and family do as well. If you are in the Houston area and are debating on going here JUST DO IT! I had the BEST experience with Gili and his team at Diamond Exchange Houston! I inquired about a ring I saw on their website and they got me an appointment in a timely manner. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that they had a nice and private office space! So much more inviting and lovely than the big box stores. Gili was so friendly and knowledgeable, he took his time to explain all things diamond to us. He showed us different shapes, colors and sizes to make sure we really knew what we wanted. Once we decided what we wanted he explained what the process would be like and we were so happy to hear that it would only take 1-2 weeks for my ring to be ready! In addition to them creating my gorgeous engagement ring, Gili was able to fix my wedding band for me as well. Overall we had an incredible experience! Gili walked us through different cuts, carets, clarities and styles. My custom engagement ring was ready in about two weeks for pick up. We got a great quality diamond for a very reasonable price. My wife was having an allergic reaction to nickel in her original white gold wedding set.  After hunting around different places for platinum - stock and custom, we found Gil and Diamond Exchange Houston.  He listened to her preferences and found a ring to model a platinum set out of, while incorporating some additional design requests.  His prices were reasonable, but by far the best overall customer service compared to all the other jewelers we visited.  The set is so much nicer than the original and he used her original diamond.
